KB served as an active member of her community during the pandemic; putting others first is simply what KB does when it comes to serving her community. Let's take a small peak at what KB did during the pandemic.
KB worked at Harris Teeter as the Operations Customer Service Manager. During this time she had to fill multiple roles due to many of her associates being scared to come into the store and be around customers or even fellow employees. Often, KB worked 10 to 15 hour shifts per day.
KB would take the temperature of fellow employees; manage incoming calls, push carts, work the registers, manage the customer service desk, help out with call-in orders while also hiring to find suitable personnel to fill in for those who could no longer work for the store.
No matter what the need, KB was first person up to aid and support whatever that day's need happened to be; stocking groceries, bringing in freight for whatever hot items was flying off the shelf. Often there was a line outside the store an hour before it even opened.
And here is what is amazing... She enjoyed every single minute of serving her community. When you're thinking of or talking about a "CLASS ACT" you might just be talking about a one of a kind real estate advisor named, Kennette Brown or as we call her, KB.
