Charles graduated from both Grambling State University and University of Maryland. Charles was a multi-sport athlete that showed promise for a career in Pro Sports until an injury took that dream away.

But instead of wallowing in self-pity Jeff embraced Public Service by working for both the House of Representatives and United States Senate as a Congressional Staffer.

In working in these capacities one realizes that Ethics are very important to Charles. At T+G, we describe Jeff as the oldest Boy Scout you will ever know.

Charles is an avid sports fan who enjoys attending Basketball, Baseball, Track and Football Games; especially the Washington Football Team. Charles hobbies include cycling, hiking, weight lifting, softball, deep sea fishing and flag football.

Charles also likes to travel, visit local wineries, and takes a unique pride in being a small batch
Bourbon and Single Malt Scotch Connoisseur. Charles LOVES cooking, especially Louisiana down home Soul Food and BBQ.

That's why Charles enjoys coaching AAU Boys Basketball as well as the local House Travel League in Northern Virginia.
